muscle spasms, uncontrolled by me, my body, just, on their own....

This is not something I am doing, its just like spasms, uncontrolllable, i almost feel like someone else is controlling my muscles... could it be MS? or Parkinsons?

Yes, i have RLS, Restles Leg Syndrome, but it has moved to my arms, and mid section, and fingers even........

Probably because you don't have that much muscle mass or maybe one arms worked out more than the other. If this doesn't really help ask your gym teacher or your daughters or sons gym teacher or even someone at a gym. But im only in grade nine but my gym teacher knows alot about everything lke gossip, working out, lke antyhing at all so a gym teacher had to know it's lke their job. Hope this helps! guud luuk =]

I have heard of this... i think it might be called "restless leg syndrome" best of luck to you, I do remember that it is treatable.

it could be just normal contractions from working out or any muscle strain

its called nervous impules. you are probably working out alot. soak in a hot tub.
