I didnt think I would ever blame the turf for any game. But seriously what was that crap you guys put out there? And that turf cost as big plays.Your last TD our Corner Trent slipped...Thats why your mediocre WR got so open!Plus when Steve Breaston trys to make a cut on 3rd down I see him falling and a chunk of your garbage turf coming out!Or Smith about to get sacked but then our lineman slip!

The announcers had a lot to say about the new turf. They said that the game could not have been played on the old turf because it was so bad. They also said that the OSU team hadn't set foot on the new turf until gametime. They held all of their practices at their practice fields. They also said that both coaches were satisfied with the field and that no bias existed for either team.

Like you said...theyu were playing on the same field BUT you got 1 thing wrong. Ohio State has not played on that turf yet. No one had an unfair advantage. yes it was crap cause it had just been installed. after their homecoming game, so dont blame michigans loss on the turf at all. and dont be upset about a loss. theres a reason Ohio State has been ranked #1 throughout the season

Dude, Ohio hasn't been playing on that turf all year. It just got installed late October and it was too nice at the beginning of the game for them to have practiced on it. It was a fair game because both teams were inconvenienced in the same ways.

The turf was awful, but both teams had to play on it. So there was no advantage. Michigan lost the game because they did not take advantage of the opportunities, especially off the one of the turnovers. Also, the bonehead lat hit, that game OSU a first down after they had been stopped. OSU went on to score instead of punting to MIchigan. I would pay to see them play again, I think Michigan would play smarter and come out on top.

OSU was playing on the same turf as Michigan. It may've been pretty awful turf, but don't blame Michigan's loss on the turf. You were playing with the same conditions as OSU.

It was terrible. Both teams were slipping and tripping all over it. The grass was stuck to their ankles and all over their uniforms. What a mess! OSU should ask for their million dollars back. It's really too bad the fans didn't tear it up and take pieces home as souvenirs of the game.

I think when I watched the game it did affect both teams. It was a
good and fair game. Each team had their own problems to deal
with. Two great teams fought to the end, just like they do every
year.Go Bucks!
