There's a lot of versions of the song, but the one that I'm most familiar with teaches kids the different names of fingers and is called "Where is Thumbkin" and involves hand motions when you're singing along.

Don't know the name of it but I know all the words...lol...used to sing in it kindergarten many moons ago, and more recently, sang it with the children I cared for when I worked in daycare. :) Where is thumbkin, where is thumbkin (pointer/tall man/ring man/pinky), here I am, here I am, how are you today sir, very well I thank you, run away, run away....
