I make my car payments over the phone each month but I lost the number recently. None of the numbers on their website are helpful. Each time I put in my account number it prompts me that the account number is incorrect. Please help!

Unless you have $50,000 plus, that financial advisor isn't going to spend any time with you at all. They'll sell you some mutual funds and forget you. (I know, I'm a retired financial advisor; all an advisor has to sell is his or her time and the only way to get paid is on the overall value of your portfolio or the size of your trades.) In addition to T. Rowe, you might check out Vanguard.
