I want to know the best proxy server that i can use to successfully hook up my internet explorer connection.

Proxy setting are used in a business setting where there is a firewall /gateway server between you and the Internet. Then the setting would be determined by your network administrator and you would have to get the information from them. If you are on a home computer then you would not have a proxy server between you and the Internet, so there are no setting that will work. Just leave them blank.
