did you turn the volume up on the keyboard, or try to go to bottom of screen and right click on audio, (pic of speaker) and open and adjust the volume through there, and lastly are your speakers hooked up correctly AND the volume turned up on your speakers.

Well, first of all, you need a soundcard unless theres already one built into your computer. If you don't have one i suggest you do get one. Then, you need speakers for the sound to come out of it. (Head Phones work) After that check the directions for both the speakers and the soundcards. (Which ever one you get) Normally you can figure out the speakers yourself but you should read the manuel if you are installing a soundcard. You may need to do more then just stick it in. After that turn on your speakers and go to a source of sound. (I threw in the "turn on your speakers" cause i had problems when i couldn't figure out why sound wasnt coming out then i figured out they werent on). Also remember to check if your speakers need power. Some dont need to be plugged into a outlet.

That happened to my computer one time. You know the discs that come with your computer when you buy it? I found the one with the sound card and reinstalled it.
