Raw...in fact...I just love to lick the bowl. I especially like moist and juicy cookie dough...hmmm...I'm drooling already. I could lick the bowl and the edges for a long time. : )

I certainly don't like my cookies to be tossed.
I certainly don't like my cookies to be burnt.
I certainly don't like my cookies crumbled.
I would say I liked my cookies sweet, full of flavor and just a little nutty.
