Computers do not cannot THINK.

Humans write programs that get translated into electrical instructions that are executed by the system.

Only what the programmer has written will be executed.

If the programmer creates a conditional instruction and does not
create required action for each condition, when the system comes to this conditional it will fail/hang up/STOP!

No thoughts will be created, no fixes generated, nothing!

The speed of the computer is just the electricity traveling faster over human created circuits. Nothing is going to happen unless humans create it.

the estimate the processing power of a average brain to be about 100 million MIPS
700 mhz times 24,000 of these processors in a system to match up to the total speed of the brain

yes it is called artificial intelligence or AI. that is why you always hear about computers taking over the world and stuff.
