wasnt that great of an episode.
it was a dual story type deal.
First chloe told clark that another one of the phantom zoners got out and arrived to Seattle i think on a ship and everyone who was on the ship is dead. Clark goes there, while something else happened in smalville. One of the guys from lex's research thing on meteor freaks got out and comes after lex. The guy has the power to move through alternate frequencies of reality, basically remove himself from this dimension, he becomes invisible to others but he can still see them. Also he can put others in that dimension. Clark figures out that all of the victims had their bones sucked out. The frequency guy tries to expose lex's lab, but when he takes lana there, its gone. He asks lex where it is but he doesnt know and the guy doesnt believe him. Eventually chloe's boyfriend reveals he had some kinda hobby dealing with radios and makes a radio contraption to stop the guy. Lana tells lex shes pregnant. Eventually they are able to stop the guy without clark using the thing that jimmy made. Meanwhile clark meets the guy and tries to use the crystal on him, but the crystal doesnt work. The guy says that he isnt a phantom. He actually feeds on people's bone marrow. He picks up clark and is about to do whatever it is he does when some mysterious being shows up puts his hand on the guys back and kills him, leaving a burn mark in shape of his hand. You dont see the guys face or anything, clark tries to talk to him it looks like the guy is bald and has glowing red eyes. He looks at Clark, and without saying anything flies away leaving a red streak behind him. Clark goes back, when chloe asks him if the crystal worked he says no and told her about the guy and that he has powers clark only dreams about, chloe wonders if hes on their side.
