I'm only 14 and I really want to get my family a good christmas pesent and my 23 year old sis has a bday on the 3rd I'm not into kids so PLEASE help!

do gardening for elderly neighbours but make sure you know them & you tell your parents you are there
or walk neighbours dogs & again make sure you know them etc
or cook some toffie & sell it to people you know

Maybe you have some elderly neighbors that need odd jobs done (vacuuming, sidewald shoveled, laundrey, etc.) You'll never know if you don't ask. Lots of times elderly people don't know who to ask when they need help either.
