Use it as a frisbee????????
You probably have no idea what a frisbee is, otherwise known as a flying disk i think. However this one would be a hollo one.

2 shower curtains, one large, one small hula hoop, sew curtains to hoops, makes a nice beach or boat changing room

put some kids bubble stuff in a pool and then take the hoop and dip it in and spin it around and you will have one huge bubble
