Just plunge in, it somehow feels better then going really slow. Going slow into cold water is colder than just jumping in. It cools down when you plunge in.

when the water is just rightt..
u jump in quickly!! or u can take it slow
but if the water is cold..then u jump in quickly to get use to the water

Some doctor or physicist might disagree with me- something about shock to your system, but you gotta just get it over with . Too slow in cold or hot water kinda hurts the small of my back, but if i just get in I don't feel any difference.

i jump in quickly, getr it over with, it just makes the water feel colder when i get in nice and slow.
