People who like anime are not perverted. That would have to depend on that type of anime, like hentai. But other animes like for 7 year olds and up, that isn't considered to be perverted. If it did, then why would 4kids and all of those other companies air it? They would have to make lots of changes before showing it to kids.

Why do folks take what little thing they preceive from a few people, and then use it generalize people of the same group?

There's a fine line between artistic nudity, then just plain porno. Alot of the nudity in anime is not so that we can just touch ourselves along.
Remember, the Japanese and the North American countries are two different cultures. What's rated PG all across the ocean, might be considered PG-14 on the west side.
The Japanese wouldn't show everything too over the top to their children and teens, its just their style of storytelling is about more mature-"honest" I guess. I mean, western animation aimed at children don't normally show kids in trauma due to family death (i.e. Naruto), or teens who ran away because of a horrible, abusing step-father. They would avoid that.

On another note, perversion IS natural.

Everyone is their own person, anime lovers alike.
There is no genetic factor that says that people that like anime are perverts. Some are, some aren't. However, is it that much a big concern to you?

Not all anime fans are perverts. A lot of action and horror films have love scenes or nudity too. Why didn't you call those who love action or horror films pervert?

Not all of them are perverts, if you mean in the sexual way. Some are just immature, some are selfish, and some may just be 'curious', not realizing that they are on a slippery slope. They deserve our cautious pity, not scorn. If they think that we are trying to hurt them, they will react with anger, and destroy themselves by persisting in their chosen direction. We must show compassion to them, reason with them, be patient, not allow them to provoke us, bear up under their scorn and in any and every way, win them back and rescue them from the seductive world of unreality that can only lead to trying to imitate the things they have seen. Pray for them.

but there's a lot of ppl who actually ARE perverted... maybe cause anime is the only kind of animations series that have a 'hentai' type (like porno cartoons :| ). and in EVERY series there are like, only-grown-ups moments, like girls showing their panties or else.

but it does not mean ALL of us are perverted!

Don't generalize. Anime has a wide variety of subject matter whether it be children's shows or adult programs. Sex sells in American media too. Look at the clothes of the pop stars or the suggestive themes on certain television programs.
