where can you get a cheap but acurate dna test

through the county courts, they will make the father pay for it if he is proven the father of the child (although my fiancee says they wont, i wouldnt believe him) but if he is not the father i am not sure if the mother has to pay or if whoever requested it (like if it was through the courts or whatever) will be the one to pay.
