What radio frequency will pick up Leonid Meteor pings in Los Angeles?

Try a 10 meter wavelength. I used to operate a radio telescope for U of F in 1990s and we were recording radio transmissions from Jupiter. We would hear a lot of whistlers from meteors coming into the atmosphere.
