There is a cultural difference between him and you. He has more in common with women of his own race.

I'm not afraid of any other race and I don't think anyone else should be either! I have never been in an interracial relationship, but if he wants to be in a relationship of his own race I don't see anything wrong with that. Everyone has their own preferences. In alot of cases races don't get along because of the lack of communication and attitude! If she is afraid that her man maybe taken from her by another women, it's because she has no self esteem! Not necessarily because of race!

When you're in any kind of relationship you need to have a little thing called commitment. I am in an interracial marriage but I have no concerns at all of my husband being seduced by a white woman. He knows the meaning of the word honor and faithfulness. Instead of worrying and wondering, perhaps you could ask the guy you fancy what kind of woman he likes. Maybe then your mind will be at ease.

The answer to your question is a simple one. The one is afraid of losing tothe other to simple jealousy or insecurity. Instead of being worried about it try this if heleaves you for someone else (no matter what race) Then it is his lose. It is all of matter how you look at it. When I was younger I used to be the same way. But now I say if they want someone else then it is for the best to let them go after what they want. But at the same time if you meet someone else shouldn't you also be allowed to do the same?
Now think about that for a while. Hopefully you will realize I am right about this.

Usually when people date outside their race, they usually know what they like and comfortable with their discussion; that can be very good thing. Also, when people date other races, their race sometimes rebuke them and lack interest in trying to take them away from the other person. Don't most us just assume, that "oh, he must only like white girls" or "she must only like Asian men"? There's no significant reason not to trust women of your partner race. Regardless of race, people are always up to something...

Sounds like your insecure. Some people do prefer to stay with their own race but now days most people don't care, they like who they like and are attracted to all kinds of people but are like you and afraid they won't be wanted because of the race difference. Also, the younger ones worry about peer pressure and the pressure of their families. Some families believe you "stay with your own kind", be it race, religion or social status. And that makes it very hard for the ones that choose to be different.

My wife has no fears about me walking away. In general, interracial dating/marriage is still uncomfortable for people. It's usually a person's parents who resist the idea of it. They don't want the mixed grandbaby. So they convince there idiotic kids who want there parents money they should "stick to their own kind" For most people, there parents are their biggest influence no matter what.
