person B has an king and a 3 of spades...on the middle..the five cards are 2 of hearts, jack of spades, 3 of spades, jack of hearts, 4 of diamonds....who wins this game??

If I've read this right, sorry I am slightly drunk, person B wins as they have King high
EDIT: opps... just noticed, someone is cheating here as you have two 'three of spades' in the deck ;)

In the second part you listed 3 of spades twice. I'm pretty sure you only use one deck, so let's say one was another suite.

Let's also say there are no house rules such as wild cards.Any house rules, such as at a casino, might have the house before high card and at a club the rules might still be different.

To break most ties, there is the high card rule, so the one with the king wins. I would announce such a rule before the game to prevent trouble later.

You both are not playing in the same game. with different cards in the middle (called the flop and the river) But if you both have the middle cards the same. The king wins on both middles. The Jacks cancel and the king is high.
