I need a 38B Bra size. What stlyle Bra would you girls recommend for a man's first Bra? Thanks!

A 38B in one brand is not a 38B in another. You'll have to go and get professionally measured and try a bunch on.

Go with a sports bra at first. It will help you adjust to wearing a bra on a daily basis. Then you will need to experiment a little. You may measure out as a 38B, but that is for a womans breast.
While they are similar, a mans breast is usually larger than the standard measuring system accounts for. The standard system does not take into account that a boob is a three dementional object, it measures for just 1 demension.
Because men have broader chests and larger pecks hen women, their breast tissue has a larger volume. So typically a man will require either a larger cup, a larger band, or both. Of course you may find that a 38A fits and feels great.
Stick with softcup, wirefree bras at first, this way if the fit is a little off there are no wires poking you. After you've figured out your true size, then you can get a few underwires for the extra support they offer.

Don't take anyone's word for it. Be a man and go shopping! You know the size, so start off at the local thrift shop and get several bras of various styles and colors. Once you're comfortable, venture into a department store and check out all the possibilities and choose whatever strikes your fancy -- Playtex, Olga, Jezebel, Maidenform, Warner's, Panache, Wonderbra, and Chantelle, are a few of my favorites.

definetly a sports bra if you r a man who needs a bra and cannot afford surgery for reduction. But if you r in to the cross dressing thing then go nuts and go to the store and say its for your girl, shop till you find one to fit your fancy. any way good luck and dont worry what others think. you need to love yourself before others

There's a new one called a "U Bra" which makes you look like you have cleavage and can be worn under skimpy dresses without any Janet Jackson mishaps occurring. Good luck with your foray into cross dressing, sister!

i recognize that that is somewhat off-topic, yet I once had a hand-crotchet string bikini I ordered from Playboy. I saved the bottoms and gave the authentic to a gilrfriend of mine. She and that i might want to have sex wearing them, and that i many times wore the bottoms as undies. I have a 30 inch waist.

Depends on what you're going to wear over it. There's plunge, racer back, front closure, full coverage, demi, padded, you name it. I guess I'd recomend padded for you - I assume you dont have as much as a woman on top!!!
