For me its....you know when you buy cresants from pillsbury and they are in the tube....and when all of a sudden they just pop open out of nowhere.yeah its really stupid but it scares the crap out of me.Whats yours?

turning off the lights in my basement. the lights are around the corner at the bottom of the stairs so when I come up I get ready to run and then go 1, 2, 3, shut the lights off and run upstairs as fast as I can....
or also when im alone walking on a sidewalk and a car drives by slowly... i alway think theyre gonna try to like abduct me. it makes it even worse when the cars look cheep and old and broken down.... i look for a garage door thats open that I can run into when I see a car comming... and i also try to make it look like i live in the house that im in front of .....

when i get out of my car at nigh and their is no light and no one around but me and my daughter if i hear a sound i run like hell to the door holing my breath and when i get inside i have a huge shiver of relief. weird i know, but the thing im afraid of getting me is an animal or the boogie man:) lol
also, when im swimming in a river or lake over my head if i look down and see a down tree or anything for that matter i freak out and swim for all my life back to shore.

That spiders that have been dumped (already dead of course) into a trash can are going to somehow get out and attack me. I have to flush them down the toilet. I cringe every time my mom dumps one in the trash.

the most stupid thing is aluminum foil I just hate the noise it makes and it gives me the chills my sisters boyfriend brings some all the time from his house and starts crumbling it in my ear I just hate that
