According to the About.com pill ID search and my understanding of your description (capsule/cylinder shape), it is Acetaminophin (Tylonel) mixed with another pain reliever and is Lortab (50mg;10mg). It's prescription. See pic for verification. Details from the PDR:
ACETAMINOPHEN-HYDROCODONE (Lortab®) is a combination of two different types of pain medicine and is used to treat moderate to severe pain. Federal law prohibits the transfer of acetaminophen-hydrocodone to any person other than the patient for whom it was prescribed. Generic acetaminophen-hydrocodone oral solution is available.
Edit: Acetaminophen 500mg is the equivalent of 1 extra strength tylonel, BUT Hydrocordone is a narcotic. Kid should be in trouble!

vicodin or lortab which are opiate derivatives. They are pain killers which block the opiate receptors in the brain, or basically what makes a person feel pain. Crush it up and make him snort it,if hes still alive afterwards beat his *ss and show him what real pain feels like!!!!!
