Before you assume anything, I'm a 16 year old GUY :O Ok this is seriously worring me, I'm going to the doctor tomorrow but still. My right nipple hurts whenever I touch it. And when I pinch the skin around my nipple, it hurts really bad and I THINK there's some lumpy thing in there but keep in mind that im kinda paranoid. My right nipple is just fine and doesnt hurt at all, its been like this for a week now, please dont tell me its cancer :(

Its my left one, and it isn't like squishy, I pinch that part of the skin and its like a semi hard thing that's thick and probably the size of a small pinky.

So its not cancer right? lol I was jusit getting worried, and plus I havent worked out in like 5 months now since I have so much school, a job and sat prep classes, cant fit any sports or excerise time in there :( I'm about 5'4" 126 pounds.

FIRST GET IT RIGHT, WHICH NIPPLE ? YOU SAID RIGHT IS FINE BUT YOU ALSO SAID THE RIGHT HURTS ?
EITHER I OF 3 THINGS ;
(1) CHAFFING, WEAR A COTTON T-SHIRT TO PREVENT THIS

(2) YOU MAY HAVE A BOIL OR A ZIT DEEP UNDER THE SKIN

(3) CANCER ( KIND OF THINK THAT'S FAR FETCHED CONSIDERING YOUR AGE OF 16) BUT IT'S A POSSIBILITY

YOUR DOING THE RIGHT THING THOUGH BY SEEING YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT IT. HOPE THINGS ARE OK MY FRIEND !

It's good that you are going to the Doctor. I had a cyst on the "glands of montgomery" and had to have it aspirated. THAT was painful, but it needed to be done. The nipple is more sensitive than the other now, but at least I have the peace of mind that I didn't have cancer. Good luck.

It could just be a fat build-up. They're normal in men and they go away in a month tops. It's still a good idea to see your doctor, though...

I had the same thing when I was about your age. my parents took me to the doctor and found out it was fat build up. at the time they don't know what caused it.
to be safe tell your parents so they can get you checked out just to be safe.
