I'm NOT a teenage boy but with over 50 years experience in jacking off (really) and somewhat of an expert in the field I feel qualified to answer. A few guys REALLY don't jack off regularly although I doubt there are many that haven't experimented with it. People just have different sex needs...some need a lot (like me!) of sexual relief, others need less...or none. Religion could also play a factor of course. That being said, just as when I was growing up in the 1950's there is so much fibbing about jacking off...it's always a joke about the OTHER guy doing it...but NOT ME! OH NO I DON"T NEED TO JACK OFF! but in reality about 99 per cent of us males of all ages do it. It's completely normal and completely healthy...what's not to like! I would sort of suspect your friend just doesn't want to admit that he jacks off...but I could be wrong. It ain't too important anyway, is it?

Yes,all guys jack off.Even the quiet,nice,shy ones,they actually probably do it the most out of all boys.he is definetly lying unless he is like 12 or 11,but after that age he definetly does.

All guys do. Maybe not all young teenage boys, but at one point or another, they will. Regardless of religion or any of that stuff. puberty changes the body, and as those changes happen, guys will eventually want to explore their abilities i guess you could say.

No thats not true, its that male's choice to self-pleasure. I don't and never have. Don't know why but I just haven't. If you don't you don't. He may or may not be lying. He could just want you to think that he doesn't for other reasons.

Most do, but in SOME yet rare cases they don't..
But dont ask him such a question, of course he's going to say no, his buisness is none of your buisness...
