It is important to know that the Constitution does not "give" us any rights. As Jefferson wrote "We are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights" . The Constitution, including the Bill of Rights (those ten amendments to which you refer) were created to clearly limit the power of the national government from interfering with those rights. The question then is: which of those rights which are God given and mentioned in the Bill of Rights is most likely threatened by the government? Since the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th amendments apply to persons accused of crimes they don't apply to 14 yr olds "everyday". I'm not sure that's a great question from your teacher.

look at amendments five and six. the right to be treated well by police and to have a trial by a jury of your peers. might not seem like much to you, but trust me, a lot of teens in America can cite the fifth amendment quicker than a cop.

If this were my assignment, I would argue that any of them impact you and your freedom every single day of your life. You don't "use" ammendments -- they protect you and your civil liberties every day.
