Mr(s). Garrison has been in a few funny episodes. Especially the one where he explains evolution as "You are the retarded offspring of 5 monkeys having butt sex with a fish squirrel" Ive seen that clip about 20 times and it cracks me up every time.

Butters is my favorite, because he doesn't do a lot to get in trouble, but is always in serious trouble with his parents. I also love his alter ego "Professor Chaos" I love that he has a side kick "General Dissaray" Butters is that kid who would do anything for you no matter how bad you treat him (ie Cartman).
