Right now, PS3 is the only option.. if you are the hardest of the hardcore gamers with plenty of time and money.
Anyone else, will be just fine with a 360 or a Wii. I am getting the Wii because I find that ultra-agressive drive for games that are supposedly gritty and realistic a real turn off. First off, those games tend to be more about marketing than development. You buy the game expecting an intense 'this is the real world and we're all bada**es here' experince and find out it's just a slightly different spin on something else with a couple extra do-hickys that are supposed to justify it, a la Saints Row. Secondly, even when done well, the push for graphics and other glittery crap eclipses something we used to call a storyline.. a la, well, Hollowood in general.
The 360 is for people that dig that kinda thing and love shooters and online connectivity. Though.. the Wii Remote/Nunchuck system could really revolutionize the way shooters are played. Time will tell.

I think since the PS3 has Blu-Ray and Bluetooth and you dont have to replace the batteries on the remotes cause you plug them straight into the PS3 and they charge and i think that the price that it is, is a fair price and the Xbox 360 is ok but it doesnt have the capabilitys of the PS3 with the anywhere in the room gaming but the Wii looks cool cause the motion sensing but still not as good. So over all the PS3 is the best gaming system i think.

will first off wii is the cheapest xbox 360 second cheapest and then the ps3 at the most. Start off with wii, its graphics arn't as good as xbox 360 and ps3 but it could be just like ds and psp just because of the graphics dosn't mean its not the ultimate gaming experience because you are gonna be waving around a nunchak and a joystick if your into that knid of thing. next xbox 360 for the online lovers and the people who just love xboxs. its games are fairly good and the price is great, future graphics but not as good as ps3. and finally the ps3 best graphic system out to date but is a bit pricey not so sure about the games yet but they will be a blu-ray discs which is a good price since blu-ray players are very expensive. With the xbox 360 and ps3 you will need a hd tv f you want the ultimate experience.

It all depends on what kind of gamer u are
I am getting the Wii because i have a lot of parties and bcuz im a nintendo fan and its good for all ages where as PS3 is mainly for teens-adults and the 360 is teens-adults but has some kid games LIke i said it depends on what kind of gamer u are

I am a XBOX person. I have 1st one and the 360. The price of the PS3 is wrong for what you get. I also got my 360 free from the MT. dew promotion last year so I am sold.
