The sad fact is, unless they get something out of it, they feel they have no reason to be nice. Then again, a person who waved at you this morning could flip you off on the drive home because someone else cut them off and they thought it was you, so you never know. :/ People just need more patience : )) Ignore them and just enjoy your day, that kills them.

Everyone is different, there many astroligy signs. moon signs. sun signs. many cycles in cycles.. my parents were wonderful Christians and both my brothers turned out evil.there is a power in the world it is called the Prince of the power of the air, the devil is in control of this world. you must have the love of God, and the spirit of God in your heart to keep that evil at bay.or it will influince you.to be mean. to not care. I care. I love.prehaps too much sometimes.one should be in the world but not of it. not all are like that, of course.. but God gave us a free will. God knows best. even though we may not know what his will is. we must try.and ask. and listen inward, inside us. for the answers.

People are mean because of their ignorance (they only have bad examples in their lives). If they knew how beautiful it is to be good they wounldn't be like that anymore.

Because the way they were raised. Their environment could be a factor too. If you lived in the inner city, you would be aggressive, as opposed if you lived in a rich neighborhood.

Sometimes it is all they know. Other times it is out of extreme frustration. Some are mentally sick.
