None. They are all the same. All they care are themselves and their friends. They did little to control corruption.

Marcos...we view him as a tyrant but lots of people I know, have been more secure when he was president. There was more peace and quiet. people could walk around not tightly holding on to their purses. Now, even ordinary citizens are not safe...and even in broad daylight crimes are perpetuated..
