Why not just leave all of these things on the list and let the person who is buying you the gift decide.

Lady, YOU ARE NEVER OBLIGATED TO GIVE A GIFT!
You do not HAVE to give anyone a gift. We give gifts to those we care about, persons that means something to us in our life.
I would think that your choice of gift, for anyone, would have to do with your relationship with that person. Where they are in their life, what supports their interests or family requirements. What supports their professions.
Price or name is not the issues, what it is, will they enjoy/can use it.
I do not mean to be negative, and we all have our own feelings, but I would not chose anything in your list!
For the female on your list, instead of Cashmere, Check out Bang & Olfusesn new type mobile telephone! It is superlitive and none of her peers will have one!
Instede of a computer game, consider an advanced science robot construction kit. Or go on line and order all the parts to build a computer and send all the parts to that person.
Consider what each persons does/like to do and use that as a guide line for the gift.
