If you are referring to skeletal muscle cells there are very large numbers of mitochondria depending upon the twitch type of the muscle (slow twitch or fast twitch). And the muscle, created from the fusion of a substantial number of individual myoblasts, has an extensive network of sarcoplasmic reticulum, the muscle-specialized version of the endoplasmic reticulum. It not only processes proteins like the ER does in other cells, it is a critical player in the regulation of intracellular calcium.

Muscle cells are commonly referred to as muscle fibers.
The primary constituents of muscle fibers are myofibrils, sarcoplasmic reticula, transverse tubules, mitochondria, sarcolemma, sarcoplasm, and nuclei.
Myofibrils can be broken down into thick and thin filaments. Thick filaments are made of myosin, while thin filaments are made of actin. Their interaction forms the basis for muscle contraction.
The sarcoplasmic reticulum is a modified version of the endoplasmic reticulum. It primarily functions in storing and releasing calcium, which is necessary for muscle contraction. It is closely associated with the transverse tubule.
The transverse tubule is responsible for carrying action potentials throughout the muscle fiber.
Muscle fibers require many mitochondria to meet the energy demands of the cell. The also contain multiple nuclei, which is unique.
The sarcolemma is a specific name for a muscle fiber membrane and the sarcoplasm is a specific name for the muscle fiber cytosol.

Mythocondriae, smooth endoplasmic reticulum( also known as sarcoplasmic reticulum, wich comes to it´s ultimate development in the striated muscle), and the cytoskeleton, of course.
