Where can I fine a chest that looks like a cooler but has warming ability by using electrical current.?

I saw these chest recently when I went to a catered affair. They served sandwiches that were kept warm in these chest.

I have two such cooler,s by Colman large and small they run on ac/dc and will cool down to 40degrees below the ambient temperature and will heat up to more then 100 deg.if i turn the plug around . How ever if you leave it on heat to long it will melt the plastic. Not good! They are sold at any big truck stop,wallmart,cabelas,gander moutian,etc.
