It's because a lot of people do not present actual facts when answering or asking a question about a certain race. They sometimes have an offensive opinion based on fiction not fact. I would label a person a racist if they look at a certain race as a whole in a negative way. My question is why do people have to be labeled and not look at as just being human? There is good and bad in every race. No one likes to feel like they are being put on the spot especially if it is with negative opinions or slurs. Also, I feel you have to walk in another person's shoes before you can comment about that person.

People are small minded, and race is such a touchy issue. People will exploit it to their benefit or try to keep others underfoot. Race is a social construct to fill a void of creativity. Race was created to control socioeconomic structures and it is sad and unfortunate that it is perpetuated. I don't see race, I see people. That is how things should be, but that would be only in an ideal world. It shouldn't be dictated in a Racial connotation.

Because that really isn't anyone's place to set a frame of mind or stereotype on another group of people. People who degrade others from different nationalities, are racist.

To express you views is one thing...it is when you use stereotypes and unsubstantiated views of ignorance to further your agenda... that you're seen a racist. Everyone is entitled to their own views and opinions but nobody is entitled to put someone else down based on nothing more then stupidity and ones insecurity.

Because calling someone "racist" is easier than having an intelligent discussion about racial differences. It is a scientific fact that there are many racial differences, but talking about these differences might upset their politically correct fantasies, so they will call you a racist to try and shut you up.

You are racist if you think that you're race is superior to others and you put others down.
Not only is it stupid, it reveals insecurities within the racist.

because if you say something about any race then you are making a very broad generalisation which is never true to every invididual of that race which in itself is ignorant and bigoted.
