I like the name Zebediah Apollo and want to use it. I will call him Zeb, though. I just want feedback on this name. Family members think it's too much for a newborn. What do you think?

I would call him Zebbie-webbie as a kid I think. I called my little Danny "Dannikins" until he started weirding out on me.

You could shorten it to Zebollo or Zebapo, too.

It's not too "heavy" of a name for a newborn... Here's how I decided if my names were suitable for children...
Imagine yourself at 3 periods in your child's life.. I used preschool graduation, high school graduation, and being a *hopeful* mommy, the day my child becomes a lawyer, or the presidentetc... now imagine your child's name being called... can you hear it being suitable in that situation? then it's a prefectly fine name.
BTW, my children's names are Christopher Elijah, Anastasia Elizabeth, Taryn Eileen, and Kayleigh Emerald... obviously I am a fan of the "heavy" name haha. Congratulations-btw... a baby is God's greatest gift...

I think it is your choice and no one elses. Zeb is a cute name for a baby.

It kind of sounds like a boxer. Maybe that is just flashbacks from the movie Rocky though.

My opinion is that maybe just choosing one of the names and then maybe something a little more "normal" for the middle name so that way if he wants something more common later in life he can use his middle name.

Personally I think that is too much. Quite the mouthful to say and the handful to write.
BUT it is your child and if you feel that it is appropriate go right ahead.

I don't know where you are from, but where i am from that is a horrible name and that would be cruel to name your child that. It's even too much for an adult!

Overkill, think of the child, please.
Zebediah sounds Amish, he will prolly get teased, you know how kids are.
