First of all these other people must not have read your question. You said "Manual window" right?

Sounds like the Regulator/Cable has snapped and will require replacement which will can be very frustrating to repair without experience

I would not recommend you perform this repair yourself. A Honda tech gets payed 1.5 hours labor to perform this repair with their tools and knowledge. Translates into all day for a "doityourselfer".

$187.50 labor at my dealer plus the part. Save yourself a headache and take it in

Power window tooo much!!! Yuo probably need the regulator , or more likely the plastic tabs the hold the window to the regulator are broken. Not too bad after you get the panel off

Cost is unknown until an inspection is done. If you feel you have the ability to do same, go for it. If not, to the the glass shop you will go. I do not recommend changing to electric windows. Very costly and problems after wards.
