It all depends on how it's distributed throughout the body. People are built with different amounts of muscle (which weighs more than fat) in their bodies so someone who weighs the same as you can look more lean or heavy than you because of their muscle mass. You have to judge for yourself if you think you need to lose weight. The average weight for your age and height is between 80 and 130 pounds. If you are within this range you have absolutely nothing to worry about. The 80 lb part of the spectrum is cutting it close to being unhealthily thin. If you do not weigh this much naturally, PLEASE don't become anorexic to try to be more thin than you should be.

When I was 13 I was like 5'2 or 5'3 and I weighed about 100. Your weight sounds fine tho because you are a little bigger than average for your age.
