If an old lady (60+) had IMPLANTS when she was young, is that the only part of her body that will not "fall"?

this is a serious question. I have seen some wrinkling old ladies with large breasts (obvious IMPLANTS). do they(the implants) "maintain" themselves, even as the woman ages??

Yes, they will, if they are not maintained. The life of the average implant is only about 10 years or so, then you have to have them redone.
