In the US, cell phones are private numbers, so there is no directory either online or anywhere else. Sorry.

You don't get something for nothing. Cell number reverse lookup searches have to be purchased. I've had good luck with http://www.cellular-trace.com

I don't think so, especially w/name, maybe with number, like reverse look-up.
