Msn, probably not. Websites... possibly. If you can find some way to get a website whch isn't blocked to read in and display another website then that would work.
But unless you can code your own websites then probably not.

Three main methods:
1. Proxy, this is the easiest, but also the easiest to prevent. This will iritate your tech staff greatly.
2. IP: Still easy, but slightly less so, you get a URL to IP converter and use it to change the adress to a set of numbers (ie 192.168.1.1)
3. Disabling the filter: Difficult and not worth the effort.
Then again, all three of these are definitely gonna be against you schools PC use policy. And don't be surprised if you find yourself suspended, or at least on a few weeks of detention, for even trying. Honestly, it's not worth the effort, just go on it when you get home.

I wouldn't, it's not worth it. They are blocked for a reason, and the most obvious one is the security of the network itself. Many enterprise level systems are configured so they will not allow you to try to connect to known proxy avoidance sites. A lot of companies and schools will take disciplinary action against those trying to get round security measures too, and that's not worth the hassle.
At school, do what you're supposed to be there to do, then go home and MSN later on... you know it makes sense.

In my sons school, the boys found a way to get around the search filters. Simply look the word up in a Foreign Language Dictionary and then type it in. Sorted!
They used Croatian as the main search language and got away with it for a good while!

Contact your school's network administrator if you think you have a good reason to get allowed access. Of course there are illegitimate ways to do it but you won't get the answer here.
Most of us would actually report you.

Easiest way is to leave your home PC on, and VNC to it. Few school networks ban VNC.
This only works if you can actually install VNC, though. Some networks wont let you install software (sensibly).

proxy's plain and simple, try confusedyeti.com (yes it's a real site) and if you can't get that then run a google search from proxy avoidance on google and you'll find one that isn't blocked and you'll be laughing. Trust me it's how look at bebo and play games online when i'm in college.

Not unless you know the password to it, or know how to hack. Also, depending on the nature of the sites, you might also want to learn how to not leave a trail while surfing the web.
