if i hit a black bloke ...im done for ABH or asult and racisism ..but if a black hits a white bloke he is arrested for assult ..how does this work ....one rule for one and another rule the other !!!

What alot of people have missed is that you asked, and I quote: 'IF you hit a black bloke.' You didnt say that you actually had hit a black bloke!!!!! Many people feel the same as you mate! It is the way our country has evolved I'm afraid. The minority groups have taken over. All of this political correctness is a crock of sh*t! Everyone else but the british are allowed to preach and practise their religion without hinderance. We have lost our british identity it is so wrong! Many of us do not want to be categorised as racist, however, is it any wonder that we have grown resentful over the years?
Check out the following:
Being British is about driving in a German car to an Irish pub for a Belgian beer, then travelling home, grabbing an Indian curry or a Turkish kebab on the way, to sit on Swedish furniture and watch American shows on a Japanese TV.
And the most British thing of all? - Suspicion of anything foreign.

I don't know how accurate your logic is. I think you're simply presuming that 'racially motivated' would be added to the charge sheet. Unless the black fella made the direct claim that you hit him because of the colour of his skin, I don't see anything other than ABH being the charge. The police and/or courts can't simply presume you hit him because of his colour.

and you have actually got prove of this allegation then. in today's society i would think the coloured person do play on racisism but this is only the minority, however you do bring up a interesting point.
