Generally, yes, you can, although this will result in you doing an extremely unhealthy thing for yourself. Your body will likely go into starvation mode and your metabolism will drop, this will result in some severe changes in body composition, both muscle and fat loss. One you begin eating again, you will likely gain all the weight back and then some since your metabolism is at such a low level. So in the end, this 500 calorie diet could cause you to actually GAIN weight. I've lost more than 60 pounds successfully by changing the TYPES of foods I eat and slightly reducing the number of calories. This is a MUCH better way to lose weight. If you want to lose weight, don't do a diet where you cut your calories to 500 calories, it's counter productive because of it's effects on your metabolism.

I have multivitamins that I bought for the purpose of taking every day... I've since discovered that I'm completely unable to swallow them, no matter how small the pieces are that I chop them up into. I once split a vitamin into six pieces, so you can imagine how incredibly small it was. Once I got the first piece in my mouth, I swallowed the water, but the vitamin stayed in my mouth... I haven't tried again since then.

every single day. no matter how much healthy food you eat its always good to take a multivitamin.
PLUS: it makes an amazing hangover cure. when you get drunk, your body becomes dehydrated, and the alcohol messses with all the healthy stuff youre supposed to be taking in. seriously, try it just take a multivitamin and drink a few big glasses of water. it will work better than any other hangover "cure" out there
