More info, please, such as are you looking for one person in particular? If so, the best place to look is to the archive of the newspaper most likely to have carried it. Some newspapers offer online access to obits, but 1993 is a long time ago and you may have to resort to doing this the old fashioned way - actually contacting the newspaper archive dept. and paying them to photocopy it for you. Another possibility is to see if the library in that city maintains an index of local newspaper obits so that you can see if it appeared and which date. Then if they maintain microfilm of the paper, you can get a copy that way.
