Asked like this, your question is *completely* meaningless.
First of all, saying "a Trojan virus" is like saying "a motorcycle car". There is no such thing. Trojans and viruses are two different classes of malicious programs. Viruses replicate themselves, while Trojans do not.
Second, they are *classes* of malicious programs - not particular malicious programs. So, your question is about as meaningless as saying "I've got a motorcycle car, is it any good?". You have to tell us which particular malicious program you got, i.e., what is its name - and which anti-virus program reported it, because the different anti-virus programs often use different names for the same malicious program.

I don't know you tell me. If you have a good antivirus program why don't you scan your system so that the trojan can be deleted or removed to the vault of the program.
If you don't have an antivirus program, and you can only run one antivirus program or you will have conflict with your system.
Download an antivirus program I use for nine years an I never had one virus.
http://www.avast.com Download their free home for personal use software. Their corporate version is the same, they just make corporate pay. You will get free auto., updates two or three times per day, scan all 195,000 objects in my system, including zip files, MSN Messenger, as I don't use Yahoo Messenger.
They will ask you for your email so that they can send you a free key that is good for one year. After the one year all you do is request a new key.
