How do you become a certified flagger?

I am curious about how much you make by the hour and what it takes to become certified. Do you have to have a driver's license?

the money is pretty good 10-20 an hr depending on experience, you have to take a class for a day or so, i think it depends on where you live also. drivers licence is a yes, because you need to be able to drive to the job sites.
my neice was a flagger, she told me it was also dangerous. truckers would open there doors to try and hit her, like it was her fault that she had to stop traffic.
