I'm a giant My Chemical Romance fan (for two years now) and I am about to answer with their latest video, WELCOME TO THE BLACK PARADE.
The part where the patient is in the bed, watching Gerard singing at the parade, and his hands goes up and clenches just gets me. Sam Baer is great man.
