I am a parent of a 15-year old girl. We are very close and I've enjoyed her more and more as time has gone on. I didn't like her so much as a baby but as time went on I liked her more and more....sounds weird to say that I know but I preferred it when we could actually communicate....Of course I always LOVED her though!!! Nowadays she does her own stuff and I don't get to do a lot of special things with her. I used to love taking her to the park, block parties, the local fair and a bunch of other "family" stuff. So I guess the answer to your question was probably from ages 4-10 but that isn't to say that I haven't enjoyed every moment of being a mother....it's just to say she's grown up way too quickly. Sometimes we still do stuff together but I realise that right now in her life, her friends are very important. But I know we will always be close and when she is an adult we will still be close and we will be friends too. She is and always will be the joy of my life.

I am a parents of a 10 month old and a teen. My favorite age with my daughter is right now. She is just now learning how to walk. The best time I had with my parents was when I was 11. I got away with everything.

From the time they are born to about 12 and then after they turn 18 or 19 and move out of the house. That time in between I could live without(The mom and dad know nothing years). I still love them but these are the challenging years.

When I was like 12 years old I could do whatever I wanted because my Dad was on business trips all the time and my Mom would always be sleeping in the living room. So yeah 12 that was a great year for me!!

I just have one child but I can honestly say each age was wonderful.

She's a young woman now and I wish I could do the whole thing all over again...I loved it.
