no, he was not high!! just had a bad ACCOUNTANT!! HE DIDN'T STEAL IT; HE JUST DIDN'T PAY IT!!

He didn't think he was stealing it. His accountant told him that as long as his money was in an account overseas, it couldn't be touched by the U.S. government. What his accountant didn't tell him was that in order for that money he had in his overseas account to not be taxed, he would've had to earn it while overseas. Since he earned his money while filming in the states, the aforementioned rule doesn't apply to him. If I were Snipes, I'd be looking for that accountant right now.....

Just in case if you didn't know, he have made a deal with the government to repay the debt back. I don't know about him being high but what he did was stupid. I read about this deal a couple of weeks ago.

I don't think he was high. I think he was just going through too much stress and realized if he paid his taxes he wouldn't have money left over for any of his baby mommas'. He's got I think 3 or 4.

Probably not high on drugs, just high on money and possibly ego. While I do think he is an excellent actor, he likely just got caught up in the common attitude among celebrites--"I am rich and famous, no one can touch me!"

No i dont think he was high. Some people think there above the law and im glad he got caught. Why do we have to pay and they dont when they make the big bucks, they leave us little people to pay for there stuff, BULL!
