millsbery's paint?

You Know in millsberry when you buy a house and you want to paint it . Well I buy a house and I buy some paint but when i put the paint in the wall the said that you first need to drag the texture how do you do that?

Click on the item in your queue and keep holding down your mouse button and drag it into your house and onto the wall where you want it.
