Homemade is the best! Here is a good recipe:
1 lb. fresh cranberries
12 oz. frozen cranberry juice concentrate
1 1/2 c. sweetened, dried cranberries
1/4 c. orange juice
2/3 c. sugar
1 T. orange peel
Combine all the ingredients and cook over medium heat until the cranberries "pop" open.

Homemade. Get a bag of FRESH Ocean Spray cranberries and look at the recipe for uncooked cranberry sauce....it includes an orange and is ABSOLUTELY delicious!!! There is also a recipe for cooked cranberry sauce. After you try the uncooked or cooked version, you wouldn't THINK of ever eating out of the can, ever again!

Depends on the family. Some people just love the canned cranberry-esque jelly, others like homemade.
For good recipes, go to www.foodtv.com and type Good Eats Cranberries in the search. Best recipes on earth from that guy.
PS I prefer the canned stuff...

The homemade is best. Make the cooked recipe and the relish recipe...you'll need a nice orange too...one with pretty skin.

Neither. Cranberry sauce is nasty and only tastes like some foreign flavor of Jell-O.
