mercury is a liquid at room temperature. Yes it flows.

At STP (standard temperature and pressure) (basically a cool room temperature and pressure (unless you're from planet zog!))
Mercury is a liquid like water but much denser. Its viscosity is fairly low (it flows fairly fast when pushed or poured). Sugar syrup can have higher viscosity (slower flow). The speed it flows at depends on the force used to push (or pressure) it. It can flow fast.
It is a soft metal like Lead. Not strong. It is also a poison and lots of it evaporate into the air when its is left around. It can cause brain damage.

I agree. Mercury can flow. It has been used in thermometers. It expands when the temperature is higher, and contracts when the temperature is lower. (i.e. it "flows up" the tube)

It is fluid. It can flow. It is used in some thermostats with its flowing property used to make the circuit and turn on the heat.
