it'll make your blood pressure drop. Other than that, absolutely nothing. The physiology behind women's sexual arousal is quite different than men's. It won't do anything to a woman sexually, but the mechanism through which it works could cause your blood pressure to drop.
Edit: viagra doesn't contain any hormones at all.

Well, you know that's has a male hormone in it so, she would probably grow a mushtache and a beard and get a hairy chest! And she might grow a p****!!!
