My windows leaked when it's rain, and when I open them the white strips fell apart, so should I have window replacement or window strips replacement?

Not quite sure what strips you`re talking about. But if you`re getting rain through the window I would have to go with the window replacement. You`ll probably find that most of the parts you need will be unobtainable or very hard to install.

If they leaking the main thing is the caulk. but and the strips get damaged from weather over time so do and it. If you are handy it doesn't cost much ant it don't take time unless you own a castle...... Good luck and all the best too the new handy man in town...

If they are storm windows. The white strips are just to hold the windows in the frame.Of course you can seal.May have to caulk around the frame.
